Hello loves ! trust you angels are doing good. It is a beautiful Sunday the clouds are clearing up and the sun is coming out i am on my second cup of coffee, mind you it's not even mid day yet but we move.
Sundays are my relaxing days but i try to make them productive sometimes. Self- care day mind, body and soul. I am going to share with you guys what my Sundays usually look like.
Mind
1. I like to listen to calming music on YouTube or gospel music to put my mind at ease.
2. I write down things that i am grateful for whether i am blessed with them already or things i am praying for. This is my way of manifesting.
3. I read a book or devotional book and a bible. I do not have particular times to read i just read when i am in the mood but i would recommend reading your devotional book and bible in the morning. Today i read this is me letting you go by Heidi Priebe. Beautiful book.
4. I clean - I love cleaning for me it is so therapeutic it clears my mind and when my space is tidy my mind will be clearer and i will be able to be productive and/or relax.
5. Today i am writing this blog post for my #21daysofblogging challenge. I am planning on doing this more often.
I also love surfing the internet especially Pinterest and Instagram for inspiration.
Soul
1. I listen to Sara Jakes Robert or Transformation church if i did not go to church.
2. I pray often and read the word of God
Body
1. Have nice breakfast and drink lots of water.
2. I do some self-care by washing my hair, steaming my face (which btw is really helpful if you have acne. steam your face twice a week and toner is your best friend) and putting on a mask.
You can make your own mask and body scrub using products that you have in your cupboard
3. Relax
Sundays being a chill day for me i do not usually do much but these are the things i do and calling my family is definitely a must do for me. This particular Sunday however i have a lot of creating to do but i woke up early enough to do everything so i won't have to rush myself and put stress on myself.
What do you get up to on a Sunday?
