Quarantine drink recipes

Hello babies ! i trust you loves are doing great. It's a beautiful Saturday deserving of a refreshing beverage I mean it's been a tough week for all of us and still will be for couple of more days, maybe weeks, or even months ( God forbid) . I am certain most of you stocked up on some of your favorite beverages maybe a little bit of gin there too, So let's make a drink.
Since we cannot go to our favorite hot spot(s) and order our favorite drinks, I thought I should share with you guys some of my go to drink recipes that you can try during the lock down.
Drink 1
My beverage of choice is Gordon's London dry gin.
Ingredients
1. Ice ice baby !
2. Tonic water
3. Dry lemon
4. Slice of lemon and slice of cucumber
5. Mint leaves
6. Star of the show: 2 shots of Gordon's London dry gin
Method
Pour and mix all the ingredients together as listed above in a wine glass (personal preference) and mix well. This is legit refreshing.
Drink 2
4th street sweet red cocktail:
1. 125ml 4th STREET Re
2. 45ml Litchi Juice
3. 25ml Pineapple Juice
4. 35ml Tequila Blanco
5. 20ml Orange Peel infused Honeybush Syrup
Method
* Make tea with 400ml of hot water and 3 honey-bush tea bags
* Add 200ml sugar syrup
* Peel 1 orange, place peels in honeybush tea for 10 minutes then strain and allow to cool
shake the litchi juice, pineapple juice, tequila, honey-bush syrup and 4th STREET over ice
* Pour into a tumbler and garnish with dried orange.

Drink 3
1. 2 shots of pink gin
2. 200ml tonic water
3. 25ml radish and red chicory juice made from around 10 radishes and 4 leaves of red chicory 1 radish cut into thin slices Rosemary
4. Prig Lavender sprig
5. Glassful of ice Place the ice into a large red wine glass.
Method
Take the radishes and red chicory and extract the juice using a juicer. Pour the juice over the ice then slowly add the gin and the tonic, give it a gentle stir and garnish with sliced radishes, a rosemary sprig, lavender and a sprinkle of juniper berries.
I never really cared about making cocktails but now i am more eager to learn new recipes and be creative with them. Thanks to Will for that first lock down drink he made for me.
