Hi loves ! i trust you loves are doing good and are safe and taking necessary precautions to keep you, your loved ones and those around you safe. lol. btw i cannot believe you guys are going crazy about the lock down and it's only day #5. I'm not laughing. mhm......

Today i will be sharing with you guys tips on how to have a clean Instagram. It took me a very long time to have my feed where it is right now and for me to achieve the vision i had in mind, hence i get anxious before i post anything.

I am inspired by a lot of UK and USA bloggers. I have always known what i wanted my feed to look like. It just took me a lot of time and the right photographer who understood my vision to get it where it is ( and chiiiiiiiilllle! i think we did a pretty good damn job)

Here are some of my tips about how to have a clean Instagram:

1. Know your niche - yeah I know this may sound a little cliche but it is important to know what you will be focusing on and the audience you will be catering to. It honestly doesn't have to be just one thing. My niche is fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

2. Quality over Quantity - The pictures you post on instagram are a representation of your brand therefor you want people to be attracted to it. If you post low quality pictures people and brands will not take you seriously. Have professionals take your pictures it is absolutely worth it (this also depends on how serious are you taking your account). Professionals do cost money and if you can't afford one, you can use your phone provided it has nice camera quality and then you can edit the pictures using apps like VSCO, PHOTOSHOP, LIGHTROOM, ADOBE LIGHTROOM AND SNAPSEED.

@Sohimself is the man behind the lance on most of my pictures and has worked with other amazing creatives and personalities. check out his IG and book your shoot ( i am absolutely obsessed with his work). https://www.instagram.com/sohimself/

3. Be intentional - Don't just post! you need to have a vision of how you want your feed to look like. It might however take you a while to figure it out and you still are unsure, do some research. Check out people who are in the same industry as you, who are DOING THE DAMNz (see what i did there? *wink wink*) or check out Pinterest for inspiration.

Try Planoly app which will help you visually plan, manage and schedule your feed. Nice thing about this app is that you can manage multiple feeds in it.

Tip: if you want your feed to be a certain theme use the same editing style or technique to your pictures.
