I am always looking for ways to better myself whether its becoming emotionally, physically (my biggest challenge rn) and spiritually stronger or coming up with creative ways to enhance my career strategies and building genuine and healthy relationships. I must admit though it can be really hard to balance it all and overwhelming especially because i crucify myself when I make a mistake or when things don't work out the way I would like them to.
I want to share with you guys the book that is helping me change my life 5 minutes a day. I love this book because it is straight forward and frank ( A win for the huns who do not have patience for books), helps you reach your full potential and I'm obsessed with self-help christian books.

Every day I randomly choose a chapter that I relate to or want to work on, Yesterday I read on "Are you overwhelmed with too many goals?" ( this is a self-help book BTW if you haven't caught the drill).
I am a visionary and a dreamer. I always have ideas and dreams I want to pursue or a business I want to venture in but it can be hard to execute those dreams and ideas and overwhelming because they all come at once or I get goal fatigue because the moment I reach one milestone, I am already focused on the next one. No time to celebrate ( I honestly do not feel like I have time to relax because I had plenty of that ).
In this specific topic I learnt that I do not necessarily have to "relax" or work hard but work smart. Every thing i venture in needs to be intentional and must align with the bigger picture, "There are many good opportunities you could take advantage of. But then you have little time for the one great opportunity before you".
The questions that she asked me in the book helped me realize which goals are more important and how much energy i should put in each one of them. I love that she does not encourage me to dream less or quit some goals but helps me be more strategic about how much energy i must put on each goal and ways to go about achieving them. Because to be frank with you guys i hate it when people tell me to squash a dream because i believe that if it is given to me, it is mine and God will help me make it happen i am just his vessel his will will be done.
I do recommend this book to you guys it is a great investment and it's very affordable. You can even gift it to a friend or family.
