Hello loves ! trust you angels are doing good. It is a beautiful Sunday the clouds are clearing up and the sun is coming out i am on my second cup of coffee, mind you it's not even mid day yet but we move.

Sundays are my relaxing days but i try to make them productive sometimes. Self- care day mind, body and soul. I am going to share with you guys what my Sundays usually look like.

Mind

1. I like to listen to calming music on YouTube or gospel music to put my mind at ease.

2. I write down things that i am grateful for whether i am blessed with them already or things i am praying for. This is my way of manifesting.

3. I read a book or devotional book and a bible. I do not have particular times to read i just read when i am in the mood but i would recommend reading your devotional book and bible in the morning. Today i read this is me letting you go by Heidi Priebe. Beautiful book.

4. I clean - I love cleaning for me it is so therapeutic it clears my mind and when my space is tidy my mind will be clearer and i will be able to be productive and/or relax.

5. Today i am writing this blog post for my #21daysofblogging challenge. I am planning on doing this more often.

I also love surfing the internet especially Pinterest and Instagram for inspiration.

Soul

1. I listen to Sara Jakes Robert or Transformation church if i did not go to church.

2. I pray often and read the word of God

Body

1. Have nice breakfast and drink lots of water.

2. I do some self-care by washing my hair, steaming my face (which btw is really helpful if you have acne. steam your face twice a week and toner is your best friend) and putting on a mask.

You can make your own mask and body scrub using products that you have in your cupboard

3. Relax

Sundays being a chill day for me i do not usually do much but these are the things i do and calling my family is definitely a must do for me. This particular Sunday however i have a lot of creating to do but i woke up early enough to do everything so i won't have to rush myself and put stress on myself.

What do you get up to on a Sunday?

Method

Take the radishes and red chicory and extract the juice using a juicer. Pour the juice over the ice then slowly add the gin and the tonic, give it a gentle stir and garnish with sliced radishes, a rosemary sprig, lavender and a sprinkle of juniper berries.

I never really cared about making cocktails but now i am more eager to learn new recipes and be creative with them. Thanks to Will for that first lock down drink he made for me.

Hi loves ! i trust you loves are good, safe, entertained and not forgetting to take care of yourselves by taking necessary precautions to prevent you and your loved ones from contracting the Corona-virus.

In one of my previous blog posts i wrote about Things to do during the lock down one of those things being having a movie/series marathon. Since we can not go out to groove today (a big SBWL mtkbw!) most of us will be cosy in front of our televisions or laptops watching our favorite movie(s) or searching for a new fav ones. I thought i should share with you guys three of my new current favorite movies that I recently discovered.

1. The Bankers - You guys this is such a good movie it will leave you feeling angry, pity, inspired, happy, sad and furious all at the same time. It is about two black american entrepreneurs in the 1950's one from Texas who moved to Los Angeles with his wife and son with a dream and mission to get into real estate by buying buildings in white communities renovate them and rent them out to black successful people and another one from Los Angeles. They hire a white man to pose as the head of their company while they posed as a janitor and a chauffeur and ran the business. Oops! did i share too much? my bad got a little too excited but you guys should definitely check this movie out it is so interesting and amazing.

2. Queen and Slim - Fav fav fav ! i am obsessed with this movie, the fashion ( especially Slim's red tracksuit Yikes! and ladies he be a shnack too child!), the location(s), and the story line absolutely perfect.

The movie is about well Queen and Slim ,Lol obviously. The two innocent couple's first date turned into a nightmare when they are stopped by a police officer over a minor traffic violation which leads to the officer shooting Queen on her leg and Slim ends up shooting the cop dead. They flee the scene and become fugitives with bounties over their heads. I don't want to give you guys too much tea about this movie but you should definitely put this movie on your must watch list.

3. Avengers the end game - I know this movie is not new it's been around for a while now. I personally just do not have the patience for lengthy movies guys but i absolutely love the avengers movies. If you know me you know i am a sucker for action and superheros so i was just not ready to watch the end of it, the end game. If you have not watched The end game I definitely recommend that you do.....it's a nice way to waste time.

To all my animation lovers definitely check out Klaus for a little laugh, Sing for a little laugh too and motivation ( who does't love talking and singing pigs come on.lol) and Frozen 2 to warm your heart (lol i know it doesn't sound so warmish but happy endings always warm our hearts and make us tear up a bit right!)

These are my top 3 movie picks for the week let me know your picks and please recommend some movies or series I should binge watch over the weekend.

Love and Light.
