ICY CATALOG ANTI-BLUE LIGHT GLASSES REVIEW.

Hey loves! A lot has changed since we last spoke but I hope you cuties are good and keeping safe. We are on level 2 of the lockdown, Yey!, which means a lot of restrictions have been lifted but I would like to encourage you guys to continue taking necessary precautions to protect yourselves and your loved ones against this virus. The fight is not over yet.

On this blog post I will be giving you guys my honest opinion of Icy Catalog eye wear. They sent me four different designs of anti-blue light glasses to review.

Anti blue light glasses are glasses that protect your eyes from the blue light emitted by screens which cause headaches, eye strain, migraines and disturb your sleeping cycle.

Like most ( if not all) of you guys I am always glued to my screen(s) especially now that everything has moved virtually including my classes. As a full-time student, digital entrepreneur and a blogger I am literally always glued to a screen, be it I am watching my favorite movies/series, scrolling through social media, attending classes or working. My eyes could feel the strain. I had severe headaches and my sleeping cycle was horrible.

My concern as someone who has never worn glasses before was that they will feel uncomfortable but to my surprise they are very light weight and they are comfortable. I have been seeing a difference in the past few days since I have had them, I do not remember the last time I had a headache because I was on my computer for too long.
